The 6th
International Conference on Transport Phenomena in Multiphase Systems, HEAT
2011 will be held in Ryn, Poland in July 2011.

of the manuscript acceptance and the reviews to be sent to authors.

PUBLICATION POLICY
The members of the Scientific Committee will
review the manuscripts and recommend the accepted papers for presentation. The participants presenting their papers will be asked to observe the
following time limits:
- keynote lecture: 30 minutes + 10 minutes
discussion

lecture: 15 minutes +
5 minutes discussion
All accepted papers will appear in the
proceedings of the conference in the printed form
(ISSN) and on a CD. Selected papers
will be printed in scientific journals (Archives
of Thermodynamics and Transactions of
the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery).
CONFERENCE FEES
The standard conference fee is 1900 PLN.
The cost of stay of accompanying person is 1300 PLN.
Payment in other currency ought to be done using Polish NBP Exchange
rates (http://nbp.gov.pl) for the day of payment.
Invoice data can be send through a special web form after logging in as
participant.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION
The hotel has been booked for the period between June 28 (afternoon) and
July 2 (morning). On June 28, the arrival day, late meal will be served (at the
hotel restaurant). On July 2, the departure day, breakfast will be served early
in the morning. Foreign participants arriving at Warsaw ‘Chopin’ Airport will
be provided with all necessary assistance including transfer from the airport to
the coach station, help with buying tickets to Mrągowo
(maximum 50 EUR in both ways), transfer to the conference venue in Ryn. On July 2, after early breakfast foreign participants
will be transferred by private bus back to Warsaw. Please provide to the Organizing Committee the arrival time at Warsaw ‘Chopin’
Airport on June 28 and departure time on July 2.
